Verizon Messages Archived?

My verizon messages is only showing three of the texts.  I need to go back to a specific date.  How to I get back to the previous messages?

The entire point of this program was to be able to print off all my conversation with a specific person.

I use Verizon Messages also, and I prefer to keep texts stored, mildbill81. I would be more than happy to help you retrieve these older messages. Can you please provide more details as far as, "showing three of the texts"? Is this happening with all of your conversations or only a specific conversation with one person? Is this the first time that the texts are not being saved from previous conversations? Please let us know, we are standing by.
