Google Maps won't load in Apps

Just got the S8 and Google maps is working perfectly. But when I go to other apps that use Google Maps, it will not show street or terrain, just a dot of where I'm located at. I'm assuming it's a simple fix, but can't seem to figure it out. I have location turned on, I've uninstalled the apps, restarted the phone, but nothing seems to work. A few of the apps are WeatherBug, Hilton Honors and Zillow. Any help would be appreciated.

You might have to change the permissions to allow those applications to access your phone's location.

Sorry to hear about trouble with getting some applications to work on the new device, DANMOR44. We know apps will often play a major role in your overall experience. I took a look at each of those three apps in the Play Store, and none of them have been updated since the release of the S8/S8+. Most likely, they just need to be optimized for your phone. If you're on automatic updates, you should expect to see some updates in the very near future. If not, I would just check for updates frequently to make sure you're able to get those apps going at the earliest opportunity. I hope this information helps!
