I telework and am on conference calls often - I use the mute icon quite a bit and want the screen to stay on while on speaker phone - I had this feature on my S5 but can't figure out how to enable on my S8+
Alleech1029, this is a great device. The max limit to have you screen on would be 10 minutes. To modify these screen go to settings> display> screen timeout.
I'm having the same issue...no visual voicemail to be found anywhere. Very frustrated. C'mon guys...this a basic feature you need to get up & running for us asap.
