Internet not working after froyo update

After installing the new froyo update my internet browser does not work. Every time I try to access the internet icon I get the message (Sorry, The application internet process com.android.browser has stopped unexpectedly please try again). Does anybody know of a fix?

Turn off the phone and remove the battery
Also clear the cache & data from the browser. Setings-->applications-->manage apps-->browser-->clear cache/data
Lastly tap "force close" on the browser too when you are inside manage apps

Just wait it should work after an hour or so same thing happened to me

After my update I had the same problem. Check your settings to see if your phone is all of a sudden on airplane mode. I had that problem until I checked settings and turned airpalne mode off ( I never set it to that). Internet came back right away.
