Ordered a new android phone which was supposed to be in 2 days is postponed for a week, however they will not let me cancel until phone comes in. I believe that's a poor way to do business especially when I could purchase at another Verizon store in my area that has it in stock.WHY such a problem.I have been a Verizon customer for more years then I would like to admit.
