How do I get my screen to stay active during phone calls on my Galaxy Note 8? It keeps going black as soon as I make a call so I can't hang up or use the dial pad for automated calls.
Does the power button not turn the screen back so you can access the dialer application? Are you blocking the proximity sensor?
settings/display.....never time out!!!
Ann I thought maybe I was blocking the sensor but I took my case off and it still went black. I haven't tried the power button. On my old note 5 the screen would light up when I pulled my phone away from my ear. I would like this to be the same.
