downloading videos

I am having issues with downloading videos to Facebook. It tells me it needs to resize due to size limitations - even a 1 minute video has to be resized. Any ideas on how to fix this? - Thanks!

I think it's a resolution issue, you need to adjust it before you take the video. This can be done in your camcorder settings but I don't know which one will work (maybe youtube?).
