You’ve asked a great question & we’re here to help. We surely want for you to have the correct version of the Verizon Messages+ desktop app so you can use it flawlessly. Do you have a PC or Mac computer? (Reason I'm asking what type of computer you have is so we can locate the version.) Are you having any issues with the desktop app? If so, what challenges are you experiencing?
