I chose to update my phone this morning. Since doing so about an hour ago, the phone keeps restarting, then to the startup Samsung screen, then to the red Verizon screen, then it gets to the lock screen for about 10 seconds before starting the whole cycle over again. I have used the home, volume down, power button to try to get the phone to turn off, but even when I get to the screen and do this it just goes back to the original problem. I was able to successfully clear the cache partition, but it did not help. I don't really know what else to do...
