My phone just did the latest update and now the softkeys, back key and open apps ley, will no l on her key, I have restarted the phone several times but no luck. I looked in settings but couldn't find anything in the that might affect those keys.
Software updates are meant to improve your device shardet. I regret to learn of the difficulties you are experiencing with your phone after the recent update. Do you have the Samsung S6 or S6 Edge? Can you verify the recent software you updated too?
