Has Samsung fixed the problem with DQA?

My Samsung s8 + is wanting to update. Can you please confirm that the update is OK to download? And will not give the dqa error.

I've already returned one phone because of the update.

I am positive that it will work for some but you can bet not for everyone. Just like the factory reset worked for some this update or patch will only work for some of us not ALL
