How do I backup and restore using a computer instead of the cloud?
Instructions indicate to use the cloud to back up. I have slow internet for the WiFi.

Being able to back up your personal content is everything. You can use the Verizon Cloud desktop app to backup and restore content to your computer. What type of computer are you using? Mac or PC?
