I'm not sure where to find my serial number. My phone is in a boot loop and I can only pull up me imei and the model number when I hold down the home, power and volume down buttons.
If you do power-volume up-home it will take you to do recovery mode. Once you are in there try using the volume down to high lite clear cache partition press the the power button then use volume down again to say yes and hit the power button again then just reboot and see if that clears it up to start again
If you have the original box it is on there for the serial#
