When trying to do a software update on my Samsung Convoy once I select "check new" it just says connecting, and never connects. Whats up?
Kas3101, having the latest software is what keeps your phone on track. When going to the MENU > Settings & Tools > Phone Info > SW/HW Version what do you currently see listed here?
