Have you tried turning off the phone and removing the SIM card for a minute or so, then reinserting the SIM card and turning the phone back on to see if it establishes a fresh network connection?
no. do not feel comfortable removing the SIM card.
Why? It isn't hard. Turn off the phone and use a paperclip to open the SIM card tray.
Unless the Turbo 2 has the SIM card tray behind the volume buttons then it is a matter of pulling it out.
