Samsung S9 won't charge

All of a sudden my brand new S9 won't charge, won't let me control the volume & won't let me turn it off or restart it. I have tried all the "steps" & it still won't charge. Does anyone have any advice on what else to try? Or do I have to take it into a store?

usb or wall charger?? usb or unregulated car charging is essentially worthless & something i don't use.

if usb, try another usb port!!
