Jetpack connection issues from a distance.

I have a jetpack at home and I use it to connect with security, camera, thermostat, and sprinkler systems. I am unable to connect to any of my devices and was wondering if there was a way to check online and see if the device is still working. Any help?

You should review the various threads on this community forum asking similar questions. You are dealing with the NAT firewall and the private IP addresses normally assigned to the Jetpack
