Unfortunately I already have to send my S8 in for repair or possible replacement. The sound quit working. I borrowed a S5 from someone, but cannot use the sim card from the S8 in it. What phone can it be used in? Or is there an adapter available?

Any VzW compatible phone that uses a nano-sized SIM card, or get a SIM card adapter from somewhere like Amazon.

Whichever adapter you choose, just ensure that it has good reviews. Also be careful when inserting the SIM card into the adapter and likewise the adapter into the phone so that everything seats well.
