Samsung Galaxy S6 no longer getting incoming calls.

My phone in the past few days has recently stopped receiving incoming calls. I have restarted the phone several times and have taken out the sim card and put it back in. These temporally fixed the issue but it did not last long. How can this be fixed, the phone is just over a year old.
