I was extremely disappointed to find out (after initial salesman and customer support rep misled me) that signing up for S8 preorder did not guarantee free VR headset with controller, even though I was told info was verified and should receive within 6-8 weeks of delivery of S8 phone - absolutely lies!! Now after another conversation with a different Verizon rep, I'm not able to receive what I thought I was signed up for (and preordered). Not good business practices, Verizon. I may go yellow after all..."do you hear me now?"
