Auto delete e-mail on phone when I delete it on PC?

I am using the stock e-mail app on the X.  My e-mail is Hotmail.  I have the app set to not push and to refresh manually.

 

When I delete e-mails using my PC at the Hotmail website, they still appear on the phone, even after a refresh.  So I have to delete them in both places.   Is there a way that when I delete them from the server using the PC at the Hotmail website, they will also be deleted from the phone when I refresh so that I don't have to delete them in both places? 

 

(But I don't want it to do the opposite.  If I delete them manually on the phone, I want them to remain on the server so I can retrieve them on the PC).

My BB used to ask me if I wanted to delete on mailbox or handheld.  If I chose mailbox, it would be deleted in both places.  If I chose handheld, the mail remained on the server and I could access it on the internet.  This worked for my cox.net and AOL accounts, not just my Corporate Sync account.

 

My Droid X doesn't give me that option.  Is it available and I just need to activate it?
