While the Samsung Note 8 receives a phone call, the LOCK SCREEN does not allow a POP-UP screen with the CALLER I.D. and option to answer or decline the call. I have to unlock the screen, then go to the Phone app and answer the call after about 3 or 4 rings. How do I set the phone to allow the CALLER ID to POP-UP as soon as the call arrives? (I've checked the permissions and allowed all I could.)
