Yes. But someone looked at it and turned wi fi off and phone off then
turned them both back on and now it seems to work. Thank you

Ccondon, thanks for clarifying for me. I love sending photos of my daughter to her grandmother, so I wouldn't be happy with that either. Are you only having an issue uploading and downloading pictures with the messenger application? Are you using the Verizon Message + application?
