Low Memory on SD Card

After using Double Twist on the Droid X could get it to sync all music but not playlists now the music is not on the Droid X but the SD card is showing only 9.2gigs with nothing on it did the factory data reset but still only 9.2gigs.Or do I need to take the SD card out and reformat it.

I just went ahead and reformed the SD card and got back to 16 gig on the card.

I went ahead and did a factory data reset and reformatted the SD card must have been corrupted cause I tried the Isyncr mac lite and it worked so I bought the $2.99 version worked great.
