Text Message Counts are not accurate

There is one phone on my account that is counting all text messages to verizon and non-verizon customers as if they are all to non-verizon wireless. I called customer service days ago. I have unlimited text messaging on my account but what if other people who dont have unlimited text messaging are having the same issue.

It more or less has to do with the fact that you have unlimited texting on your lines. I havent heard of this happening with people who have limited bundles. But, if the problem doesnt correct itself on your My Verizon account by your next cycle, check into it again.

I am having the same issue. I have the 500 additional tects with unlimited texts/pics/flix to verizon customers. I am a brand new customer to Verizon so when I have used about 250 texts so far >>> with about 230 of them to Verizon customers. My usage states that about 180 of them are using my 500 additional texts to non verizon customers and the rest are to verizon. Also, I have used 12 pics/flix so far and all of them are to the same phone number (which is a verizon customer).

Yet, my usage states that 11 of them are to non verizon customers and only 1 of them is consdiered part of the IN PIX/FLIX. I called Verizon and at first they questioned if that number is in fact a verizon customer. I find it funny that when you view the usage details, this phone number clearly says IN TEXT, yet they are all being counted as not part of the IN-TEXT.

Verizon told me to wait until my bill prints and then it can be straightend out.

I am upset because:

1) I will have no idea if I am actually close to my 500 additonal messages limit because the number states is counting all of the verizon texts as well.

2) I don't want to have to fix this issue every single month!
