My S8 is rebooting periodically. Also, the SD Card unmounts and the phone has to be rebooted to get the SD Card mounted again. Any resolution for these two issues?

I definitely am sorry to learn about the experiences you're having with your Galaxy S8. Let's get your phone working as expected.
Have you tried the SD card in an alternate phone to ensure it's not the card? Does the phone reboot if you take the SD card out? Is your software up to date? Settings>System Updates.
