How do I get my Priv out of safe mode? I have tried powering off anf on using bars on right side and restarting numerous times.

How do I get my BlackBerry PRIV out of safe more?  I have tried powering off and  on, doing the same pressing the bars on the right and restarting numerous times! I downloaded the Firefox App but it won't show up on my home screen.

I'm trying to sync it with my Z30 and my laptop also using Firefox browser.

Good question. We absolutely want to make sure that you are able to use your phone in regular mode. Normally to exit safe mode, you power your phone off and back on. What makes you think that you are still in safe mode after a restart?
