I have had my SG8+ for 9 months and I have insurance on my phone. I had to call Asurion since I have a small crack on the phone in the right upper corner and it is just a service crack. I talked with a person and he said that my claim is accepted and there is a slight problem that there is a backorder on my phone. I can pay $199 to replace my phone. I told him I can't afford that. Why should I pay that when I have insurance on my phone? Now I am wondering if they were going to just replace my phone why can't I just pay $30 at a brick and mortar store if they were just going to send me a replacement?
