Can Not Sync Contacts to Verizon Message PC app

Hello all,

I've tried resyncing my contacts to the cloud, uninstalling and reinstalling the message app on my PC and still nothing. Can not get my contacts to download. What do I need to do to import them or download from the cloud.

I want to make sure that your situation is properly looked into. Are you currently subscribed to intergrated messaging? You can check this on your device by going to Verizon Messages > Menu > Settings and scrolling down until either subscribe or unsubscribe are available.

I was having trouble figuring this out on my Mac when I realized that my only contact was from someone I had facetime'd once. I opened my Contacts App on my Mac and synced it up with my Google account to load all my contacts onto my Mac. Once I did that, all my contacts automatically synced with my Message+ Mac app. Maybe for PC it is pulling from a local contacts app that you need to sync up as well.
