When is the screen going to be covered in my insurance?

I pay extra for insurance, and it's supposed to be 30$ to fix the screen (it is for every other phone, even iPhones!) but for some reason it doesnt cover screens "Yet" the phone has been out for 6 months! My screen is cracked and they want me to replace it with a refurbished phone for 150$.. I dont want to exchange phones, just get a new screen?

I certainly understand the importance of making sure you get your screen fixed, MARCAR92. When come to insurance Asurion does have certain devices that fall under the cracked screen repair. I would recommend reaching out to Asurion directly 888-881-2622 so they can go over why your Samsung Galaxy s9 is not covered. I hope this helps.
