Why Won't The Screen Of My LG Extravert Work?

i have the same problem as a_oglesby,, (I have an LG Extravert with a touch screen that doesn't work. How do I access the internal memory (NOT the SD card) to s… )the screen is black, yet i can here it working, even when i dial a number. I did not have my pics nor contacts backed up on a SD card.

So i tried to hook it up to my PC, had no luck with that. was unable to view any thing.

SO i was wondering if there are pics of the screenshots that can show me where to touch to back up my pis & contacts.I know where to touch for the menu to get me to the tool app, after i touch that, im literally stabbing in the dark.
