screen says EMERGENCY CALL and is looking for password?

It's important to be able to unlock your phone, KATSTA2208. Do you normally use your fingerprint to unlock the screen? If so, you would have entered a backup when setting up your fingerprint lock. This would be used to unlock your phone upon reboot or if the scanner does not recognize your fingerprint. In this case it sounds like you had entered a password. Once this is entered your phone will unlock and you will have full use of your device again. Does this help? If not, what had you setup for security on your phone? What happened just before you saw the Emergency Call message on your screen?
