That's the question. I don't see any option to turn that feature off or on.
If you swipe down from the top of your screen, the way you view your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, there is also a "auto rotate" button.
Thank you. Part of the problem was that the home screen doesn't rotate, it did on my Note Edge. So that made me think nothing was rotating.
