I don't know where I saw the issue, but it is somewhere and i do not remember if it is a conflict with another app or not.
I would do a battery pull while the device is on. Wait a minute and then reinstall and see if that corrects the issue. If not, do a search or maybe the one who had the issue will address it in your post.
