I hope Verizon releases a message when all of the kinks of OS6 have been worked out....Would love to upgrade my Bold 9650 but for those of us who are technically challenged, I am hearing too many cons about this upgrade....I guess I'll stick with OS5.

I agree leeford54 in that upgrading with Blackberry Desktop Software is very easy. I have never been a fan of wireless updates. Too many things usually go wrong. I updated my device with the software and it was painless and flawless. Follow the instructions at http://support.vzw.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=17427 and you can't go wrong.

I have a 9650 as well. My upgrade went flawlessly and honestly love the changes in OS6. I've been looking at all the complaints as well. I noticed alot of them did the OTA upgrade which might be it. I used Desktop Manager and like I said had no issues at all. Good luck...
