Message Plus Icon Doesn't Show on Lock Screen Note 8

Hello All,

This is soooo frustrating!  When using Message+ on my Note 8 notifications of new messages do not show on the lock screen.  The native Samsung messaging works as do third party messaging apps but I far prefer the features of Message+ except I don't ever know when I have new messages if the phone is locked and have to open it to check, which is soooooo frustrating. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

We're stepping in to ease your frustration. I apologize. Since the Verizon Messaging application is not the native text messaging feature on that device, notifications will not populate on your screen when it is locked.
