Why can't I download the Messaging App to my Windows Phone?
What OS is your phone running? What is the error message you're getting?
There is no error message. Verizon lists my phone as not available for this app. I have Windows 8.1 Update 2
The application developers only created versions for Android mobile devices, Apple mobile devices, Windows computers & Mac computers.
