Im not sure if its my phone but I will have about 3-4 bars on 3G service and then it just switches to 1X and keeps going back and forth, Does anyone have this problem?
Hello gcmaldonado. I have read your post and understand you are having trouble with having 3G service on your device. I have checked for alerts in your area and there are no alerts. On you phone you can power the phone off and do a battery pull then once powered on dial *228 press send and select option 1.
I have had several Verizon Android devices and this has happened to all of them but I really didn't loose service at all only on the Droid X did I loose service. So far the Fascinate has been a great device!
Yeah the phone has been great even though the sales person told me that I was making a mistake going from a droid x to a fascinate.
