A new outlook calendar event will sync to my DROID X calendar, but when I enter a new event into my DROID X calendar it does not show up on my outlook calendar. How do I fix this?

Is this a sync to Outlook that runs Exchange (company email) or your personal Outlook at home?
What program are you suing to sync the Calendars?
I use Google Calendar Sync for my home Outlook, and use Touchdown for my work Outlook (exchange). I have no problems with calendar items for either Outlook. They sync just fine.
