I am so tired of being treated like a 'second-class citizen' because I have a pre-paid cell phone. I can never get Cutsomer Service with my phone, and now I can't even access the app in my phone. I've updated, updated my profile and changed my password, all on the desktop, but can't get into the phone to block an unwanted caller. Grrrrrrrr.......
