I turned off HD calling and the echo went away for a while. Now it is back even with HD calling disabled. Very irritating.
Any ideas?

Calling concerns are not what we want for you. Allow us to troubleshoot. What's your zip code? When did you notice an echo on calls? Do you have the same experience while using speaker? Does service improve in other areas? Do you know any other VZW customers with the same concern?
