Windows sync or backup?

Is there a Windows application (other than the Verizon Cloud) for backup/restore or sync with a Windows PC

for a Samsung Galaxy S7?

Even OneDrive can be useful on an android phone.

i use google drive on everything, pc's, laptops, old s3-5, i-phone 5s all on wi-fi + primary note5.

i add on the pc with the ease of a mouse & everything ends up on all other devices.
