Samsung S8 Copy and Paste

The forward, copy and paste quit working on my Samsung S8, and yes I realize it doesn't work on all apps, but it has always worked on my text messages or copying a link, but it quit working now. Does anyone have a fix?

Also, where do I find my "system apps" I cannot find it anywhere?

It's important to be able to use the features that you need, DWBPS. When referring to system apps, are you looking to view System Apps in your Settings? If so, the path to get there is to open up your Settings icon, tap Apps, tap App Manager, tap Menu (three dots in the upper right), then tap Show System Apps.

 

For your keyboard, when did you start having trouble with the copy/paste/forward? Have you had a chance to power your phone down since then? Have you made any changes to your settings recently?
