This phone was in the middle of updating. After it "completed", I no longer have LTE signals, nor can I select my APN. Tried reset network settings, changing the network mode. removing/replacing the SIM, powercycling the device.
All to no avail.
After numerous attempts from Verizon to help me with this issue (as well as one agent just hanging up on me), factory resetting the phone and losing all my data, and taking my SIM card out/rebooting the phone - I decided to be proactive and just go to the Verizon store to get a new SIM card. The LTE works normally as intended.
Have you tried to reboot the phone again?
Yes, I have. Many times. Wasn't the issue.
