Wifi calling notification won't shut down

Okay after the prior update I kept getting a notification to activate wifi calling. Diamond eventually helped me out so I could shut this down. Well now it's back again after the most recent update G955USQS5CRF5 on July 12, 2018. Samsung Galaxy S8+. I have tried what Diamond said do on prior update to shut this off but this time it doesn't work. When I go to enable HD Voice and Video Calling it wants to turn on data. It didn't do this on the prior update. This is getting aggravating.

DNIP5484 I can only imagine how concerning it would be to keep getting unwanted notifications. You have come to the right place for assistance on getting your WiFi Calling notifications under control. Do you ever utilize WiFi calling? Please tell me more about trying to access HD Voice and Video calling.
