So because Verizon is a bunch of greedy greedy [removed] They have their own Cloud Service and disabled Samsungs cloud service on the NOTE 9 as I am sure the other Samsung Too.
Well, The Samsung Find My Phone is Disabled. Yes there are others but the Samsung Find My Phone had the option to reset your lock if you run into trouble. NO OTHER SERVICE OFFERS THIS!!!!
