I can't power the phone down or restart it to try to fix the issue because THE POWER BUTTON DOES NOT WORK!!!
Oh goodness! I'm sorry to see you're having issues trying to power your device off and it's not working. Not to worry, we will get to the bottom of this for you. I want to make sure I'm providing you with all the correct steps. Are you using a Moto Z Droid or Moto Z Force Droid? What steps have you taken to try and power the device off?
