I just upgraded to the S9, for the most part I have been able to customize it the same way as I had with my S6 Edge. I cannot find where to go to change the LED indicator light.

I used to just change the settings in Verizon messenger, or facebook messenger etc for certain settings so for text messages, the led would blink purple, facebook messenger would be green and so on. Does the 9 allow this?

That is an excellent question. We understand the importance of this feature to help you differentiate notifications as they come through. With the new update to Android 8.0 this option may have been removed from the device. We do not see this option available for your device for these type of notifications.
