How to manually enter an IP address for Port Forwarding on the Verizon Smarthub router?

I need to know how to manually enter the IP address into the Smarthub router so that I can see my NVR from outside the network.  I am using a Static IP address and my NVR has a Static IP Address inside the subnet.  I do not see where I can manually enter an IP Address.  There is a drop-down box that lists various IP Addresses but none shows my NVR.
