IS THERE A WAY TO ALLOW RINGTONES WHILE CHARGING? WILL AN APP BE NEEDED TO DO THIS? OR THE NEXT UPGRADE?
Your ringtones should automatically work while the phone is charging. Mine does. I haven't installed an app for it to do this. Only apps I have installed for ringtones is to make them with Ringdroid and Ringo Lite to allow me to set up different ringtones AND notification tones for each separate person. Regularly you can only assign ringtones to a specific person and not both. Not sure why your phone won't ring or play ringtones while charging.
